She regularly helps individuals understand how food impacts them physically, mentally, and emotionally with a “food first” philosophy. Jane supports a wide range of food-related issues including digestive health, eating disorders/disordered eating, medical nutrition therapy, non-diet approach to health and wellness, and nutrition and mental health.
